We are connected to a
Continuum of Care
Restored Life Health features a dedicated division that provides Residential Treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). As an integral part of the Restored Life Continuum of Care, we deliver all the essential elements for a successful recovery program, including a secure and stable environment to reside in. Within this continuum of care, there is no specific entry point for treatment that is deemed right or wrong.
Some individuals might start their recovery journey at a high-intensity residential treatment center, such as Wabash Recovery in Kokomo. Others may opt to go directly to a recovery residence like Still Water On The Wildcat or The Loft, where they can benefit from peer support while developing the skills and stability essential for reclaiming their lives. After that, they can transition to the graduate housing program, a network of semi-independent recovery homes. No matter where they begin in the continuum, they will receive the following:
- Primary medical care
- Behavioral health therapy
- Peer support groups, including 12 Step Recovery Programming
- EMDR
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- And more services -- all in one seamless continuum
For certain individuals, the journey often begins at a high-intensity treatment facility, followed by a stay in a recovery residence, and eventually transitioning to semi-independent recovery housing. Others may begin and take breaks from the same point on the Continuum. The pathway to recovery is uniquely determined by their specific needs. However, the ultimate objective remains consistent for all: to achieve a lasting recovery where substance use disorder (SUD) no longer exerts control over their lives.
